Because We Fly

Lazy Sundays
It's a bitter cold Sunday here in Minnesota. Walk too far and you'll face the risk of hypothermia. As a result, there is very little to do other than stay inside and try to keep warm.
Things you need to keep warm:
Electric teakettle
Endless tea
Honey
A big fat quilt
I've been trying to keep things lively around here, even though it's hard. I folded some paper cranes and my roommate strung them together. They're hanging from our light and hopefully they'll be flying in some springtime very soon.
I wrote letters to my dearest cousin and my best friend. Adding some touches of romanticism to a very gray, very snowy post-apocalyptic urban wasteland that is the Twin Cities.
I miss MDI on days like today. I'd like nothing more than to drive to Indian Point wrapped head to toe in scarves, hats, and mittens, sit on the red chairs, and watch the whitecaps slice through the slate waters. Oooooh do I miss that.
Time to go read Evelina and explore the adventures of London high society with Sir Clement Willoughby. Dem Brits.
xoxo
